Cor Glanaethwy is a 162-piece Welsh choir that came third in series 9 of Britain’s Got Talent.

At the audition, three members of the choir took the stage and introduced the act, while the rest of the choir entered to perform. They performed “Benedict,” each member of the choir holding a lighted candle. David compared their performance to “being welcomed into heaven”, while Amanda added: “It was absolutely stunning, and I’m just thinking how great it is that you’re all on that stage together.” Alesha described their performance as “heart-wrenching”, while Simon added that “That version was unique, powerful and emotional”.
